Services Terms & Conditions

Cancelling or rescheduling a video call must be communicated to us via email at shoptheengagementstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. 

Minor revisions to products may be acceptable but are at the discretion of the creator. 

All services must be paid in full at time of booking. 

All scheduling will be made through email with shoptheengagementstudio@gmail.com. Every effort will be made to schedule video calls at a mutually beneficial time.

Refunds are not available for services after purchase. 

Any remaining sessions that are unused are not subject to refunds. While we may send reminder emails, it is the client's responsibility to ensure all sessions are used. 

If the client does not attend a scheduled video call it is subject to our availability to reschedule. This is not guaranteed. 

Refunds are not available due to satisfaction of service or product delivered.
