RETURNS: At this time, we only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped in: unworn, unwashed and undamaged (including smoke, perfume or similar damage). All original tags must be attached. If an item is noted as “Final Sale” returns are not accepted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Include all order information, the item that you would like to return, reason for return and any other pertinent information. If your return is approved, please follow the shipping instructions that will be emailed to you to return the item to us within 7 days from our email. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once a return is delivered to us, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our requirements. We handle all exchanges like returns. If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, please email email@example.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We make sure to check all inventory for damages thoroughly in the hopes to avoid shipping damaged items. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item including pictures of the item, the condition of the shipping materials and your order number. We are not liable for damage done through shipping and handling.
LOST PACKAGES: We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen.
INCORRECT ORDERS: I grew up learning to “check, check and double check” my work and we bring that same diligence to packing your orders. On the rare occasion you receive an incorrect order or are missing a part of your order, please email email@example.com with your order information, what you were expecting to receive and what you received with pictures within 7 days of receiving the order. We will email you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item within 7 days. When we receive tracking information that the incorrect item has shipped back to us, we will ship you the correct item. We will also provide a discount code for a future purchase for your inconvenience.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: If you purchased an item and it is discounted to our FINAL SALE section within 7 days of your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a one-time price adjustment. We will issue a store credit for the price difference. At this time, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Adjustments or store credits cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion or discount was available or activated. While purchasing on a promotion, please make sure the discount is applied to your cart before checking out.
